Entry Requirements
- Minimum admission requirement is the General Certificate of Education(Advanced level) or an equivalent qualification or
- A foundation course followed by passing an aptitude test or
- Completion of NVQ level 4 or
- Experience in health sector for 1 year or
- Certificate course related to nursing or health care or
accredited work experience or accredited prior learning may also be considered as equivalent qualification for admission to SLQF level 3 in a particular field of specialization

Progression
Completion of SLQF level 3 meets the minimum entry requirement for a qualification in SLQF level 4 in that particular field of specialization.

1 year including theory and practical (Theory will be teaching virtually and practical will be doing physically with industrial training of 3 months)
